The refund window opens on the official batch start date (or the date of the first live class) and remains active for exactly 14 calendar days.

How to Claim

Processing Time

Refunds are processed back to your original payment account (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer) within 3 to 5 working days from approval.

Please note: Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window has expired are not eligible for refunds. If you choose a monthly installment plan, the refund applies strictly to the initial installment paid.
